1. Purpose and acceptance
CalendarMade lets users compose a calendar with custom dates, holiday data, colors and a logo, then export it as a PDF. Using the service implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Service and access
CalendarMade is currently available free of charge and without an account. A recent browser with JavaScript and local storage support is required. Connection, equipment and printing costs remain the user’s responsibility.
3. User responsibilities
- Check dates and periods before printing.
- Hold the necessary rights to any logo or content added.
- Follow the printer’s specifications.
- Do not disrupt, bypass or mass-extract the service.
- Do not create or distribute unlawful or third-party-infringing content.
4. User content and local processing
Users retain responsibility for their content and authorise local processing solely to create the preview and PDF. CalendarMade provides no online backup or recovery service.
5. Calendar data
External data varies by country, region, zone or school group and can change after publication. Important dates must be checked with the relevant official source.
6. Exported files and printing
Users are responsible for checking bleed, crop marks, colors, dimensions and readability. Screen colors may differ from print output.
The current PDF is vector-based with embedded fonts and TrimBox/BleedBox, but is not PDF/X-certified.
7. Intellectual property
CalendarMade’s brand, interface, text, graphics, code and functions are protected. External data and fonts remain subject to their respective licences.
8. Availability and security
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security, technical incidents, force majeure or unavailable external sources. Unauthorised access or disruption attempts are prohibited.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ACFA is not liable for indirect damage, printing costs, external-source errors, user content or results not checked before production.
10. Privacy

11. Changes, law and contact
